When a golden opportunity arises it does not matter how organized you are problems can arise.  Example -  you find a new property and the owner wants a quick settlement, and your property may not be due to settle for a month or so. 

Type of Product

Bridging finance is a product offered by the lenders to cover the gap between purchase and settlement.  Bridging can last anything from a few days to a few months.

To Qualify
